This course is designed for students of all age groups to be able to read and write in Urdu by themselves. The course essentially focuses upon Urdu enthusiasts who cannot read or write in Urdu or can only do either of the both. The course will work as a confidence booster to beginners and those who have had some exposure to the language in the past, to be able to read and write in the Urdu language by themselves. No previous exposure to the language is required.
By the end of the course, students should be able to:
1. Learn Urdu alphabets, Huroof-e-Teheji.
2. Understand the relationship between Urdu Arabic and Persian.
3. Understand the concepts of short and long vowels
(zabar-zer-pesh alif-wow-ye)
4. Learn to read and write in Urdu language.
5. Improve Urdu vocabulary and usage.

This lecture offers detailed exercises on how to make words using short forms. We make 2 lettered, 3 lettered and 4 lettered words in this lesson. After completing the lesson make sure to do more exercises from the Bolta Qaeda.
